AIEONME Foundation (AI Ethics, Oversight & Norms for Multilateral Engagement) is an independent AI governance think tank founded in February 2026 in Jujuy, Argentina, in the heart of the Lithium Triangle. The Foundation researches who reaches frontier artificial intelligence, who pays for it, and how Latin America and the Global South earn a seat in the institutions deciding both. Its research is published in English and Spanish under open licenses at aieonme.org.
The founder
Gustavo E. Cardozo, Founder & Executive Director. Structural and seismic engineer based in Jujuy, Argentina, working at the intersection of critical infrastructure, the lithium economy and AI governance. Available for interviews and written commentary in Spanish and English on: frontier AI access and governance, the Global South position in AI policy, and the lithium economy behind AI infrastructure.
